This is a clip from the old show on Nickelodean, Kenan & Kel. In this episode, Kenan & Kel sign up to take an IQ test together. Kenan stays up all night studying for his test because he is worried about failing it. They both take the test and once Kenan finishes, he draws a funny picture of the Principal, calling her Principal Dimwit. The two get their scores back and Kel got a score of 96/100 and Kenan got a score of 3/100. Kel starts wearing a shirt saying "I'm a Genius" while Kenan beigins to act dumber than he actually is. In this specific clip from the episode, the two go to talk to the principal about their scores because Kenan thinks that his was scored incorrectly. When the picture of Principal Dimly goes missing, Kel uses his "genius" and ends up creating chaos.
Though this is mostly just a fun clip, we can see the effects that the results of the IQ test have on the two boys. Kenan, who is very smart, becomes discouraged by his score and acts dumber than he actually is and Kel on the other hand becomes almost cocky about his IQ because it proves that even though he does stupid things, he is still intelligent.
